Shikoku

Description:

A Shikoku dog. This medium-sized dog breed is native to Japan. It has a compact, muscular, and agile body. The coat is dense, straight, and harsh with a thick underlayer. The coloration of this breed can be sesame, black and tan, or cream. Its eyes are small, dark, and almond-shaped, giving it a sharp, intelligent expression. The Shikoku dog's ears are pricked and slightly inclined forward which gives them an alert look. Their tails are curled, resting over the back.
